Make sure Flat Bumpers, Roll Bumpers, Shaped Bumpers, Baby Nests, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Cushions, etc. are placed on a level and stable surface.
Never place Flat Bumpers, Roll Bumpers, Shaped Bumpers, Baby Nests, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Cushions, etc. by an open fire or sources of strong heat such as electric bar fires, gas fires, wood fires, gas heaters or ovens etc. due to the risk of fire. Make sure there are no loose parts and do not leave anything in a Crib, Cot, Moses Basket, Bed, Baby Nest, Sleeping Bag, etc. which a baby, infant or child could swallow or which could provide a foothold or present danger of choking or suffocation or strangulation.
Do not leave any dummy with any string, tie, ribbon etc. near the baby, infant or child as the string, tie, ribbon etc. could strangle them.
Prior to every use and after every wash, check Flat Bumpers, Roll Bumpers, Shaped Bumpers, Baby Nests, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Cushions, etc. for any damage, tear or loose strings, ties, ribbons, zippers, clasps, buttons etc. Discard product if there is any sign of damage, etc.
Do not use Flat Bumpers, Roll Bumpers, Shaped Bumpers, Baby Nests, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Cushions, etc. if any part is broken, torn or missing.
Place Cribs, Cots, Moses Baskets, Flat Bumpers, Roll Bumpers, Baby Nests, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Cushions, etc. at a reasonable distance from curtains, blinds, heaters and electrical power points.
To ensure a safe environment for the baby, infant or child, check regularly, before placing the baby, infant or child in the Crib, Cot, Moses Basket, Baby Nest, Sleeping Bag, etc. ensure that every component / item / item of bedding is properly and securely in place, and fully erected and properly secured prior to use in a manner that a baby, infant or child cannot pull undone.
A baby, infant or child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are placed on top of product. Never add such items to confine baby, infant or child in, on, near etc. product.
Do not leave baby, infant or child unsupervised in, on, near etc. the Crib, Cot, Moses Basket, Bed, Flat Bumpers, Roll Bumpers, Shaped Bumpers, Baby Nests, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Cushions, etc.
Do not let other infants or children play unsupervised near the Crib, Cot, Moses Basket, Flat Bumpers, Roll Bumpers, Shaped Bumpers, Baby Nests, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Cushions, etc.
To reduce the risk of SIDS, paediatricians recommend healthy babies, infants and children be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician or paediatrician.
Do not use pillows, quilts, etc. with babies under one year of age, as they can suffocate if their face gets smothered. They won't be able to push the pillows, quilts, etc. away.
Tuck the covers in securely under your baby's arms so they cannot slip over their head.
To prevent your baby wriggling down under the covers, make sure that their feet are at the end of the Crib, Cot, Moses Basket, Bed, etc.
Do not leave strings / ties / ribbons use dummies leave any dummy tie a dummy to your baby's clothes, as the tie or ribbon could strangle them.
Plastic can cause suffocation - keep plastic including bags, nappy bags, packaging, etc. out of reach and sight of babies, infants and children. Especially keep plastic away from babies' infants’ and children’s Cribs, Cots, Moses Baskets, beds, etc., so that they cannot reach them and put them over their nose, mouth, head, etc.
Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your baby, infant or child.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Under no circumstances shall the baby boutique by Brigi or its principals, partners, employees, suppliers etc. be subject to any law or jurisdiction other than the law of Malta and the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta. Any dispute, claim, etc. related to any product offered for sale, sold, etc. by the baby boutique by Brigi or its principals, partners, employees, suppliers etc. whether or not loss, damages, injury, suffocation, death, etc. were foreseeable and whether or not the baby boutique by Brigi or its principals, partners, employees, suppliers etc. were advised or advised of the possibility of any such loss, damages, injury, suffocation, death, etc. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta (EU) and the applicable law shall be that of Malta (EU), irrespectively of any legal provision contained in any European Union Regulation or Directive or in any law, statute, regulation, etc. of any country, region, state, province, territory, etc.
